Terms & Conditions
Last updated 20 October 2026 · Effective from 20 October 2026
Welcome to Safarify.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Safarify website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
Safarify is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent operators and experience providers offering tours, adventures, activities, workshops, attractions, reservations, and other travel experiences.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, making a booking, listing an experience, or otherwise using Safarify, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. About Safarify
Safarify provides a technology platform that allows:
- Customers to discover experiences;
- Customers to communicate with operators where enabled;
- Customers to make bookings and payments;
- Operators to list and manage experiences;
- Operators to receive bookings and payments;
- Safarify to facilitate transactions and marketplace interactions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Safarify is not the direct provider of the experience.
The experience is generally provided by the independent operator identified on the relevant experience page.
2. Definitions
For these Terms:
- “Safarify”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Safarify Platforms Private Limited, the entity operating the Safarify Platform.
- “Customer”, “you”, or “your” means a person using Safarify to discover or book an experience.
- “Operator” means a person, business, organisation, guide, venue, activity provider, or other entity offering an experience through Safarify.
- “Experience” means any tour, activity, adventure, workshop, venue experience, attraction, reservation, or related service listed on Safarify.
- “Booking” means a confirmed reservation for an Experience.
- “Batch”, “Slot”, or “Session” means a particular date and time or scheduled instance of an Experience.
- “Platform” means the Safarify website, mobile applications, APIs, systems, and related services.
3. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a booking.
You may not use Safarify:
- For unlawful purposes;
- To impersonate another person;
- To create fraudulent bookings;
- To abuse promotional offers;
- To circumvent Platform fees;
- To interfere with Platform operations;
- To submit misleading information;
- To engage in harassment, fraud, or abuse.
Certain Experiences may have minimum age, fitness, experience, identification, or other eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for reviewing those requirements before booking.
4. Safarify’s Role
Safarify operates as a marketplace and technology platform.
Safarify is an intermediary. It does not itself organise, operate or provide Experiences; each Experience is provided by the independent Operator offering it.
Safarify does not:
- Own, organise or operate the Experiences listed on the Platform;
- Employ the guides, instructors, drivers, hosts or operators who deliver Experiences;
- Guarantee the quality or suitability of every Experience;
- Control the actions of independent Operators;
- Guarantee that every Experience will be available at all times.
Operators are responsible for delivering their Experiences as described on the Platform and for complying with applicable laws and safety requirements.
Safarify may verify Operators and listings, but verification does not constitute an absolute guarantee of an Operator’s performance, safety, qualifications, or legality.
5. Experience Listings
Operators are responsible for ensuring that their listings are:
- Accurate;
- Current;
- Complete;
- Lawful;
- Not misleading.
Listings may include:
- Description
- Photographs
- Location
- Duration
- Inclusions and exclusions
- Price
- Availability
- Age restrictions
- Safety requirements
- Cancellation rules
- Meeting point
- Participant requirements
Safarify may modify, suspend, reject, or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
6. Booking Types
Unless the Experience page states otherwise, an Experience is paid for online, in full, when you book.
The price, any fees and taxes, and the cancellation terms that apply are displayed before you pay.
The Operator may be required to verify your participation using a booking code, QR code, OTP or another check-in mechanism.
7. Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed only after Safarify successfully confirms the booking and, where applicable, receives successful payment.
A payment attempt alone does not necessarily constitute a confirmed booking.
You should rely on the booking confirmation displayed or communicated by Safarify.
If a booking cannot be confirmed after payment, Safarify may initiate a refund in accordance with the applicable payment and refund process.
8. Prices and Fees
Prices displayed on Safarify may include or exclude taxes, platform fees, convenience fees, booking fees, or other charges.
The applicable price and charges payable by you will be displayed before you complete the booking, where practicable.
Operators may set the base price of their Experiences.
Safarify may charge:
- Platform fees;
- Convenience fees;
- Service fees;
- Applicable taxes;
- Other disclosed charges.
Safarify may change its fees from time to time. Changes will generally apply to future bookings unless otherwise required by law.
9. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
You authorise Safarify and its payment partners to process payments required for your booking.
Payment methods may include:
- Credit cards;
- Debit cards;
- UPI;
- Net banking;
- Wallets;
- Other methods made available through the Platform.
Payment processing is subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider.
Payments for Experiences are processed by a licensed payment aggregator. The amount for an Experience is settled by the payment aggregator to the Operator who provides it; Safarify does not hold it.
The payment aggregator may show the Operator’s name on the payment page, statement or receipt.
10. Booking Hold
For certain bookings, Safarify may temporarily reserve availability while payment is being completed.
Such temporary holds may expire after a specified period.
If payment is not successfully completed within the applicable period, the held availability may be released.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate booking information;
- Arrive at the designated location on time;
- Follow Operator instructions;
- Follow applicable safety rules;
- Meet stated eligibility requirements;
- Carry required identification where applicable;

- Ensuring staff and guides are appropriately qualified where required;
- Honouring confirmed bookings;
- Providing required information to customers;

- Complying with applicable consumer and tax obligations.
Operators must not provide materially misleading information about an Experience.
13. Safety and Risk
Travel and adventure activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Before booking, customers should carefully review the Experience’s requirements, risks, inclusions, exclusions, and safety instructions.
Where an Experience requires specific physical fitness, medical clearance, equipment, insurance, or other conditions, the customer is responsible for reviewing and complying with those requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
14. Cancellation by Customer
A confirmed booking is non-refundable if you cancel it, including if you do not turn up.
You may reschedule a confirmed booking once, free of charge, within the time and subject to the availability set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
The Cancellation & Refund Policy displayed on the Platform forms part of these Terms.
15. Cancellation by Operator
An Operator may cancel an Experience where reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Safety concerns;
- Severe weather;
- Operational issues;
- Government restrictions;
- Insufficient availability;
- Force majeure;
- Other circumstances permitted under the applicable booking conditions.
Where an Operator cancels a confirmed booking, or an Experience cannot go ahead because of weather, natural events or an order of the authorities, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid. Where another date is available, you may be offered it instead, at your choice.
16. Force Majeure
Safarify and/or Operators shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

- War;
- Terrorism;
- Civil unrest;

- Other events beyond reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, Safarify or the Operator may offer rescheduling, credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
17. Check-In
Depending on the Experience, check-in may require:
- OTP verification;
- QR-code scanning;
- Booking ID;
- Confirmation code;
- Identity verification;
- Manual verification by the Operator.
Customers must complete the applicable check-in procedure.
A booking may be marked as checked-in, ongoing, completed, cancelled, or no-show based on the applicable booking workflow.
18. No-Show
If a customer fails to attend an Experience without cancelling according to the applicable cancellation policy, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
No-show refunds, if any, will depend on the applicable Experience policy and applicable law.
19. Refunds
Refund eligibility and amount depend on:
- The applicable cancellation policy;
- Reason for cancellation;
- Timing of cancellation;
- Payment status;
- Operator cancellation;
- Safarify’s applicable refund policy;
- Applicable law.
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or another method permitted by the payment provider.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
The Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out when refunds are due and how they are paid.
20. Disputes and Complaints
If you experience a problem with a booking or Experience, you should first contact Safarify through the available customer support channels.
Safarify may request:
- Booking information;
- Photographs;
- Messages;
- Receipts;
- Check-in information;
- Other relevant evidence.
Safarify may communicate with the Operator and customer to investigate the matter.
Where appropriate, Safarify may facilitate a resolution between the parties.
Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable consumer protection law.
21. Reviews and Ratings
Customers may be permitted to submit ratings and reviews after an Experience.
